From time to time, we may have a beautiful girl or a handsome man that just did not work out or is retiring from our breeding program. These dogs will be shown on this page for placement.
We will be looking to plave 3 of our retiring females in the next few months. Bella, Dolly and Danica have each produced beautiful litters for us. All are in good health, beautiful, love to send time with their people and will be looking for that Special Family who will give them one on one attention, exercise and cuddles. Please Note, I do not ship my adults, interested parties must be able to come to us and spend some time so we can see if you would be the right fit. Contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you think you may be interested in one of our beautiful girls. Bella will be 8 Dec 31, Dolly will be 8 in March and Dani will be 6 in Jan.
PLACEDMay 2, 2017: We are looking to place our Steel. She is 6 years old, spayed and hoping to go to a home where someone will have lots of time for her. We are hoping for someone retired, active enough for daily walks and looking for a loving companion. We will not ship our adut dogs so must be within driving distance to NS. Steel is a Canadian Champion in confirmation and hollds a Field Dog Jr title. She does not take to everyone, can be a little aloof with some folks, while others that come in win her over immediately. Send us an email if you think Steel may be the girl for you.
PLACEDJune 27, 2016: This adult neutered male is not a Vizsla, not mine, but looking for a forever home.
Ch Sir William Von Breezy creek is a 6 year old GSP that is looking for a forever home. He is obedience trained, neutered and loves to go on runs and mush in the winter. He needs to go to a home without other pets and without children. For more information on Willie please contact Kim Currie at email: email@example.com
PLACEDIn November we had a call from a family in NB looking for a running buddy. He came to meet us and the dogs and we brought Red,Ch Egerton's Bold Red Flyer, FDJr up for a long weekend visit to meet the rest of the famil while attending the Moncton show. He was a huge hit and moved there permanently the following week. Red has the best of both worlds, a family of his own and remains part of our breeding program.
PLACEDIn October we had a call from a family in NB, their elderly parents had lost their 14 year old dog and dad was lost without him. We invited them down to meet our 8 1/2 year old Piper girl, Ch Egerton's Highland Piper, FDJr and it was love at first site. They spent the day with us and we gathered information from them. A week later Piper went to her new home. Mom and dad cannot believe she has not always lived with them, she settled right in.
PLACEDWe had a call from a client in Ontario in August looking for a retired adult. We had sold a pup to them 10 years ago, they purchased a second boy off Kijji 3 seven years ago and they just lost him. We thought our Brig, Ch Egerton's Ketch the Wind, FDJr , might be a good fit for them, their 10 year old Kane is his uncle. We were travelling up to Ontario for a week so good opportunity to try him out. The first day or so was rough, but by the 3rd day Brig had worked his charm and Kane would not go outside without him and insisted he sleep in the bed with he, mom and dad. Brig is happy to greet customers to the nursery and loves to swim in the ponds and retrieve sticks for any one who will throw it for him.
Placed: We are happy to say Jiggs has settled very well into his new home.
June 23/2015 ----------- Handsome Mr Jiggs is looking for a forever home. He is an affectionate 2 1/2 year old male, neutered and shots up to date, Jigg's parents are Murray and Piper, both are available to be met.
Jiggs is looking for a loving home with dog experience. It is important he have someone who will take the time to work on his obedience and provide him with consistancy.
